AGCETI is a prestigious gathering of Entrepreneurship and Innovation academics and research-oriented practitioners across the globe. The expected attendance will be 200+ people. AGCETI will convene annually to present papers and to examine the constantly changing field of entrepreneurship and innovation systems theory and practice. AGCETI 2010 is the first of the series being held at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur in association with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), New York USA and National Entrepreneurship Network, India. These meetings present a unique opportunity to exhibit to one of the most influential audiences in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation. 

AGCETI 2010 will be held in January, when Kanpur experiences pleasant winter weather with temperatures ranging between 10 - 15 degrees Celsius. Kanpur is an old industrial hub in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, by the banks of the river Ganga. The IIT campus is situated on the outskirts of the city, and the river banks are close by. There are some tourist places within a day's drive from IIT. Vehicles may be hired from the campus.

The conference, "Annual Global Conference on Entrepreneurship  and Technology Innovation (AGCETI 2010)," addresses the need for entrepreneurship and innovation systems research to be timely, relevant, and far-reaching in its impacts on individuals, groups, organizations and society.
